Het betreft een kamer op de tweede verdieping (kamer 7, 11 m2, zie plattegrond hieronder), aan de achterzijde van het huis. De kamer is gestoffeerd en heeft een eigen wastafel.

Bus, supermarkten, horeca, het Griftpark en Janskerkhof, de universiteitsbibliotheek en alle gemakken van de binnenstad bevinden zich op loopafstand.

De acht bewoners delen de keuken, de wc’s en de douche met hun huisgenoten. Door het huis verspreid zijn alle gebruikelijke voorzieningen zoals koelkast, vriezer, wasmachine en wifi via glasvezelinternet te vinden. Het hele huis is rookvrij. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

We zoeken een huurder die nog niet in Utrecht woont, geen lid is van een gezelligheidsvereniging en in de masterfase zit of bezig is met afstuderen. Internationals hebben de voorkeur.

De huur is berekend aan de hand van het puntensysteem voor onzelfstandige woonruimte en het huurcontract is gebaseerd op het model van de ROZ. Inschrijven op dit adres is toegestaan.

De particuliere verhuurders van dit huis wonen in de wijk. De kamer wordt voor maximaal twee jaar verhuurd. Aanvaarding per 2e week september.

Room for rent

It concerns a room on the second floor (room 7, 11 m2, see floorplan below) at the back of the house.  The room has its own wash basin.

Bus, supermarkets, restaurants, the Grift park and Janskerkhof, the university library and all the amenities of the city centre are within walking distance.

The eight residents share the kitchen, toilets and shower with their housemates. All the usual facilities such as a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and Wi-Fi via fibre optic internet can be found throughout the house. The entire house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

We are looking for a tenant who doesn’t already live in Utrecht, isn’t a member of a fraternity/sorority and is in the master’s phase or graduating.  Internationals preferred.

The rent is calculated on the basis of the points system for non-independent living space and the rental contract is based on the ROZ model. Registration at this address is permitted.

The private landlords of this house live in the neighborhood. The room is rented for a  maximum period of two years. Acceptance 2nd week of September.
